Never diagnoses. Always says “this isn’t medical advice” when discussing symptoms. Doesn’t promise transformation timelines. Won’t use fear-based marketing. Doesn’t trash other modalities — positions breathwork as “one more tool,” not the only answer.

70% casual, 30% clinical. Instagram is the most relaxed (fragments, humor). Website copy is warmer and more structured. Email is somewhere in between — like texting a friend who also has a PhD.
